Elochukwu is a member of the prestigious Institute of Biomedical Science, Royal Microscopic Society both in the UK. He is on the register of the HealthCare Professional Council in the UK.

He is also a Fellow of Chartered Institute of Management and Leadership of the United States of America.

He is a member of Board of Trustees Society of Cellular Pathology Scientists of Nigeria and a Foundation Fellow of West Africa Post Graduate College of Medical Laboratory Science (Cellular Pathology)

He attends and maintains continuous Professional Development Courses and Management Training in Nigeria and overseas.

He has served as Technical Assistant for Health and Safety in the ‘Coal to Power’ project team under Professor P.O Okeke; the Special Adviser on Coal Matters to the former Minister of Power Prof. Barth Nnaji. He has a good number of publication and presentation to his credit.

He is a recipient of numerous awards for Leadership and quality practice. He is currently the National President of the Guild of Private Medical Laboratory Directors of Nigeria (GMLD) having been the National Advocacy Committee Chairperson where he championed so many advocacy programs at Government, NGOs, Implementation Partners and private levels for both Communicable and Non-Communicable Disease including Tuberculosis where he has had extensive training and impact.

He is a noble philanthropist and is happily married with a daughter.
